PRESS: Russia’s Blagosostoyanie may buy UK insurer unit
MOSCOW, Nov 24 (PRIME) -- The U.K.’s RSA Insurance Group may sell its Russian asset Intouch Insurance to non-government pension fund Blagosostoyanie, business daily Vedomosti reported Tuesday citing sources close to the talks.
The deal is at its final stage and the companies are preparing to sign documents, the sources said. The Federal Antimonopoly Service has not received any application for the acquisition, its representative said.
Intouch Insurance focuses on automobile insurance.
Blagosostoyanie already owns two insurance companies.
